2024 - Current

Working as a Brand & Creative Lead for The Stem, I led the rebrand, with a hands-on approach to physical and digital branding. I helped establish a clear creative direction to advance the brand. Furthermore, I led the design of new content, scheduling, strategy, and engagement to an audience of 150k+ across email & social, as well as an optimised website with a focus on UI/UX principles. I managed social media content and helped maintain the success of high-performing videos, some of which had reached over 5.5 million views. Creative lead on new media content.

Branding

I led a complete rebrand from the ground up. This included developing a new visual identity, refining the brand’s tone of voice, and creating a cohesive design system. I crafted a modern, clean aesthetic that better aligned with their target audience and values. From logo design to color palette and typography, every element was built to feel bold and consistent. The result was a refreshed brand presence ready for growth and recognition.

I managed social media content and helped maintain the success of high-performing videos, some of which had reached over 5.5 million views on TikTok (thestemuk). My role involved overseeing new content production, scheduling, strategy, and engagement to continue driving brand growth during the re-launch.

Social Media

Played a key role in elevating product presentation by leading the studio setup and capturing high-quality product photography. I developed a consistent visual style aligned with the brand’s identity, ensuring every product was showcased in a clean, professional, and appealing way. From lighting and composition to post-production, I managed the end-to-end content creation process. This work not only improved the visual consistency across sales channels but also enhanced customer trust and boosted engagement through clear, compelling imagery.

I led the creative direction for refreshed packaging design that aligned with the brand’s values of sustainability and simplicity. Working closely with the team, I developed packaging concepts that were both visually appealing and functional, enhancing the unboxing experience while ensuring eco-friendly materials were prioritised.

Print + Packaging

UI/UX Design

I worked on creating high-quality e-commerce store alongside a professional web developer for The Stem, utilising UI/UX principles. From capturing clean and engaging product imagery, to designing eye-catching homepage artwork, my content helped create a cohesive and visually appealing website.

Email + CRM

A promotional email from 'The Stem' offering 25% off houseplants with images of various plants including Fiddle Leaf Tree, Bird of Paradise, Swiss Cheese Plant, and others. Contributed to the end-to-end email marketing process, designing engaging newsletters, creating automated flows, and optimising CRM segmentation to drive conversions. I focused on elevating the brand’s email marketing through thoughtful design and data-led automation. I built and managed CRM workflows tailored to customer behaviours, improving retention and repeat purchases
