Acted as Assistant Producer across long/short-form content. I developed a visual style that enhanced the brand. Furthermore, I lead production of e-commerce newsletter to an audience of 450k+. Managed catalogue of 12,000+ unique products, ensuring each was optimised for discoverability and strategically positioned. Worked on creating high-quality media content, including social posts, banners, and product photography/videography, to enhance the online shopping experience. I also created a brand kit for Gardening Express, defining visual and stylistic guidelines to ensure consistency across digital platforms and marketing materials.

Acted as Assistant Producer across both long and short-form video content for YouTube. I developed a distinct visual style that aligned with the brand’s identity, enhancing its presence in the gardening and lifestyle space. My role involved storyboarding, directing, and supporting post-production to ensure each video was visually consistent, engaging, and informative. I also contributed to shaping the brand’s content strategy by analysing performance metrics and audience behaviour, helping inform creative decisions and guide future content direction. This project strengthened my ability to blend brand storytelling with platform-specific content strategy.

YouTube

Social Media

Led the creative development of social media content to support the brand’s growth across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. First, I added stories and reels to the brands social media strategy. Furthermore, I produced high-performing visual assets and short-form video tailored to each platform, aligning with seasonal campaigns and audience trends. Working closely with the in-house marketing team, I helped define the brand’s online tone of voice and visual identity, ensuring consistency across all channels. My contributions supported increased engagement and a stronger sense of brand community across social platforms.

Digital Marketing

I worked on creating high-quality web content, including banner images and menu images, to enhance the online shopping experience for customers. Ensuring consistency across the website, I contributed to a polished and professional look that aligned with the brand’s identity while optimising images for clarity and responsiveness across devices, helping to guide customer journeys, improve navigation, and drive conversions.

E-Commerce

Managed a dynamic catalogue of over 12,000 unique products, ensuring each item was optimised for search, categorisation, and conversion. This involved writing and editing product titles, descriptions, metadata, and tags to improve discoverability across the site and search engines. I played a key role in merchandising strategy, curating product groupings and homepage features to align with seasonal trends and marketing campaigns. My work directly contributed to increased product visibility and sales performance, while ensuring consistency with the brand’s voice and standards.
